Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, e-mail, phone, company, plan of interest, message, page language and the source of your visit (for example, the name of a campaign).
  • WhatsApp and e-mail: the data you choose to share with us in those conversations.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider logs the IP address, browser and pages requested, for security purposes.
  • Local storage: we store only technical preferences in your browser, such as your cookie choice.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your request and prepare a proposal — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with customer identification (KYC) and anti-money laundering obligations, should you become a client — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who receives your data

We do not sell or share your data. We only use service providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Hostinger International Ltd. — hosting of the website and of our automation platform;
  • Odoo — customer relationship management (CRM) software in which we record requests;
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — only if you choose to contact us through this channel. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep your data

Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after the last contact. Clients: for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the statutory retention periods (for example, 5 years for the identification documents required under anti-money laundering law).

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@businessadress.lu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux — cnpd.public.lu.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, with no third-party requests while you browse.

Analytics or marketing tools are only enabled with your prior consent, which you can change at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Security

The website runs exclusively over HTTPS, and access to the data collected is restricted to the people who need it to handle your request.
